tabs.garden privacy policy
A plain-language summary of how tabs.garden handles public browsing, API requests, and contact messages.
Data practices
tabs.garden is primarily a public content site. You can browse the library, open song pages, read documentation, and call public JSON endpoints without creating an account. The site may receive standard server logs from hosting infrastructure, including request URLs, timestamps, IP-derived network information, user agent strings, and cache behavior. Those logs are used to keep the service reliable, understand abuse, debug broken routes, and improve crawlability.
Browser preferences such as theme choice may be stored locally on your device and are not required to use the public library. If you email contact@tabs.garden, the project may retain your message and email address long enough to respond, investigate a report, or document a correction. tabs.garden does not sell personal information, does not provide public user profiles, and does not expose private administrative data through the documented public API.
Public API consumers should avoid sending personal data in query strings or headers. If privacy practices change materially, this page should be updated before or alongside the product change so users, developers, and AI agents can evaluate the current policy from a stable URL.
